LADIES and MENS CIRCUIT class

Fitness, Strength & Toning

60 minutes for all abilities/level of fitness

 

Circuits is a series of exercises, each performed for up to one minute, before moving on to the next exercise.  Work at your own level in a fun and friendly atmosphere.  Classes designed specifically for 50+ including low impact cardiovascular exercises (gentle on the joints) to burn calories and improve your heart and lungs, combined with exercises to strengthen the upper and lower body as well as stretching to improve flexibility

 

Make this as challenging as you want, or work at a lower intensity.

A great class to keep you active for everyday life, or to improve

performance at other sports such as golf, football, badminton, etc.

 

Suitable for ladies and men for all abilities and level of fitness. Includes exercises done moving/standing, seated and lying on a mat
