50 minutes for all abilities/level of fitness

 

50-50-50 Circuits specifically designed to be suitable for those over 50. It is LOW IMPACT (gentle on the joints), WEIGHT BEARING (good for bone health) and FUNCTIONAL to help you stay fit and active as you age so you can continue to do the things you enjoy.

 

This is a 50 minute class with a series of exercises, each performed for up to 50 seconds, before moving on to the next exercise.  Work at your own level in a fun and friendly atmosphere.  You will burn calories and improve your heart and lungs, strengthen and tone the upper and lower body as well as improving your general mobility and flexibility

 

All exercises can be adapted so you work at your own level, making this as challenging as you want, or work at a lower intensity. Suitable for ladies and men for all abilities and level of fitness. Always check with your GP or health practitioner
