LADIES and MENS CIRCUIT class

FITNESS & BODY CONDITIONING

60 minutes for all abilities/level of fitness

 

Includes light hand weights, resistance bands and other equipment to add variety and challenge to classes

 

Circuits is a series of exercises, each performed for up to one minute, before moving on to the next exercise.  Work at your own level in a fun friendly atmosphere.  Classes designed specifically for 50+. Please note matwork is included.

 

A great class to keep you active for everyday life, or to improve

performance at other sports such as golf, football, badminton, etc.

 

Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level

Suitable for ladies and men for all abilities and level of fitness

Always check with your GP or health practitioner

 

This class is designed to improve your fitness,
strength, posture, balance, flexibility and co-ordination

Wear trainers and layers of comfortable clothes that you can move in
