MOVE-FIT ParaciseTM is a low impact, gentle on the joints exercise to music class

45 minutes, low intensity with no floorwork

 

A fun class, with dance based choreography, and uplifting

music.   Suitable for all abilities, all done standing and moving,

no seated or floorwork exercises

 

Particularly suited to those who prefer a more moderate pace. 

Also ideal for those who haven't exercised for a while or who are

coming back to fitness after injury

 

May be suitable for those with a wide range of health conditions
such as diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad back etc.

This class is designed to improve your fitness, posture, balance,

flexibility, co-ordination and muscle memory

 

£6 per class. Booking essential
